YOGA TEACHER & NATURE LOVER
How it all started...
In 2015 I was drawn to the yoga mat for the first time and I quickly learned to love Vinyasa Flow courses and to practice them regularly. I could see how regular yoga practice changed my life: I felt more comfortable in my body because I was building a special kind of fitness and I became more relaxed because I practiced the spiritual aspects of yoga not only on the mat but also in it took my everyday life and the game of golf with me. This is how yoga became an integral part of my life and allowed me to connect with a diverse community of people everywhere.

...as a yoga teacher
In 2019 I was drawn to Panama for work and I immediately found a wonderful yoga studio there (Cascoyoga) where I started the BE BOLD teacher training in autumn and which made me a certified Baptiste yoga teacher in 2020. Due to Corona I was only able to teach a few hours in the Cascoyoga Studio before it started online here - a big thank you to friends and family who encouraged me and built a small community with me.
in the here and now
I've been living back in Germany since 2021, in beautiful Hamburg, and since 2022 I've been doing a 300-hour yoga teacher training at Urban Yoga and I'm happy to pass on my old and newly learned yoga knowledge online to my yoga community._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_

When I'm not teaching or practicing yoga, I'm often spending time with my partner and daughter or friends, or I can be found on the golf course. I love being outside and enjoying nature and the sun - in Hamburg or when traveling to countries near or far.
